Lucky she didn't do this in Atlanta. Here you use someone's credit card, even if you have permission and you automatically go to jail unless you can prove on the spot you are related to that person personally or professionally.

So what? The merchant will pay that money back for not checking ID.A quick call to your credit card co and a chargeback will fix it.phuk retailers who don't check ID, they WILL pay it back later.

Call centers abroad have many uncrupulous or disgruntled employees that print client´s info and sell it on the black market. I was approached by a peddler on the streets of a caribbean island selling me info fo 50 people for less than 80 usd; from what I gathered, this folks purchase pharmaceuticals either over the phone or through the net. For avid readers, purchase Frank Abagnale´s book titled THE ART OF THE STEAL.
